Mandar J. Deogaonkar

Founder & Managing Director

Qualifications:
• B.E. (Civil Engineering) — Government College of Engineering, Pune (1997)
• M.S. (Construction Engineering & Project Management) — University of Texas @ Austin (2000)
• MBA (General Management) — INSEAD (2003)

Experience & Leadership

Mandar is a technocrat with a strong background in construction technology, real estate and hospitality. After experience in the US tech sector, he expanded the family business into a diversified group (Jaisons Group) and led multiple ecology- and livelihoods-centred hospitality projects.

Mrs. Amruta Deogaonkar

Co-Founder & Director

Qualifications:
• BE (COEP Pune)
• MBA (IMR, North Maharashtra University)
• MS (Texas State University)

Profile & Achievements

Amruta is Director at Jaisons Group with deep experience in real estate development, hospitality and specialty construction (notably swimming pools & water bodies). She is one of Pune’s established women real-estate developers and has led civic and social initiatives including Rotary and the Guinness organ-donation campaign.

Listed (with Mandar) in Femina as one of Pune’s notable couples (2018–19)
Convenor — Guinness World Record campaign for organ-donation signups (RI District 3131)
Former President — Rotary Club of Pune Gandhi Bhavan (2018–19)

Public Service

Currently: BJP Mahila Morcha Adhyax Kothrud Dakshin. Works extensively on women empowerment projects and manages Nisarg Chhaya and Destination Coworking under the mentorship of Hon. Chandrakant Dada Patil.
